Every piece in this collection begins in Mitch’s workshop, where practical woodworking and a love of making come together.

From maple to railway
Mitch works with Canadian maple for its warm grain, strength, and lovely feel in the hand. Each piece is measured, cut, shaped, and sanded with patience, allowing the character of the wood to remain part of the finished track.

Made in the workshop
There is no factory line behind these pieces. They are made in Manitoba as a hands-on woodworking project, with attention given to the fit, feel, and small details that make a wooden railway enjoyable to build and play with.
Natural variations in grain and the occasional mark from the making process are part of the story. Every finished piece carries a little bit of Mitch’s workshop with it.

Details make the difference
Before a piece leaves the workshop, Mitch checks the fit, the edges, and the small details that make it feel right in the hand. It is a practical, patient process — part woodworking, part problem-solving, and always guided by care.

Built to be enjoyed
From the first cut to the final check, every track carries the care and patience of Mitch’s workshop.

That hands-on process is what gives these wooden railway pieces their character: practical, durable, and made one at a time.
