Terms & Ordering

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Mitch’s Wooden Tracks is a small Manitoba hobby collection of handmade wooden railway pieces. Items are offered only while the existing collection lasts; availability is confirmed individually by email.

How an order works

There is no automatic payment or automatic checkout on this website. To enquire, email servus@paulwuehrer.com with the items you would like and your name and delivery details. We will confirm availability, the item prices in Canadian dollars, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes before an order is accepted.

Product information

Each item is handmade from Canadian maple. Natural grain, colour, small variations, and signs of handwork are part of the character of the pieces. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to show the item and may not represent every natural variation.

Final sale – existing collection

This is a final call sale of Mitch’s existing hobby inventory. The pieces are sold as-is, with no voluntary return, exchange, refund, warranty, or guarantee. No new pieces will be produced. Please review the photographs and ask questions before sending a request. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all sales are final.

Shipping and legal rights

Shipping arrangements and estimated delivery timing will be explained before an order is accepted. Nothing here excludes or limits a right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Manitoba or Canadian law, including rights that may apply if an item is materially not as described or arrives damaged. Contact us promptly at the email above if there is a problem.
